On What Cannot Be Returned

Returns & Refunds Policy

Each piece within The Fairy Tale Witch is created with intention, energy, and care. Because many items are crafted in a magickal or ritual-focused way, they are considered complete once they leave this space. For this reason, returns and refunds are not offered on any of our products for reasons beyond damage.

It is believed that once a piece has been chosen and sent, it carries a path meant for the one who called it. To return it unnecessarily risks disrupting that energy, and so all sales are considered final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or harmed in transit, that is something we will make right. If this happens, please reach out within 2-5 days of delivery with a description and, if possible, a photo of the damage. From there, we will do our best to offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

If there is ever a problem with your order, you are always welcome to reach out. Every message is received and considered with care, and while not all outcomes can be changed, every effort will be made to find a fair and respectful solution.

Each piece is sent with intention, and it is our hope that it arrives safely into the hands it was meant for. Should something go wrong along the way, you will not be left without guidance.
